How fast do you deliver?
We do offer a priority delivery service at an additional charge of Rs.20 per delivery. Delivery in this model will be done within 2 daya of placing the order. Incase you need your order to be delivered in the priority mode, then please contact us with your order number after placing the order. -
What if I am not at home when you deliver?
We request that you select a delivery slot when you are available at home for the delivery.
If you are not at home, you can ask us to leave the order with your neighbour.

What if a product is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, we will call you ask if you prefer an alternative product. Otherwise we will deliver without the product. -

What if the product was opened/damaged/expired?
If the product was not as per expectations, please contact us so that we can either replace the faulty product. -
What is your return policy?
All products sold at Choco Coorg Spice are covered under our 5 Day Replacement Guarantee. Contact us of any problems, damages or defects within 5 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost or refund your amount. -
